Warranty Terms and Conditions
* Warranty won’t be inforce except in the presence of the product’s serial number. Orderac site has the right to cancel any warranty if the buyer has edited/ wiped the serial number of the product after buying it.
* When the warranty is inforce orderac are committed to maintain or replace the damaged part of the product, compensate the buyer with part/full price that he bought the product with, and the compensation will be as the current price of the product in the market.
* The maintenance or replacing the product that happened according to warranty’s terms and conditions isn’t/ won’t be considered or lead to renew the warranty period and won’t be considered under any circumstances as a renewal period to the warranty that was given to the customer when he bought the product.
* Orderac’s warranty won’t cover any cases of damage and break that happened due to the misuse from the buyer at any part of the product.
* Orderac’s warranty covers factory and manufacture defaults during first 14 days only and we are obliged to replace the product in this situation. After 14 days from buying date orderac won’t be obliged to replace the product and in this condition the product will be in maintenance program.
* All cables, chargers, batteries, accessories, mobile accessories and tablets accessories warranty’sis only 6 moths
* Homewares, computers, electric devices, tablets and mobiles warranty’s is only one year excluded product misuse.
* The customer has the right to ask for electronic copy from purchasing bill and that only during one year from the purchasing date.
* Hand watches warranty’s didn’t include batteries it includes failures only,
* There is no warranty on consuming products such as; smart cards, internet cards, charge cards and gift cards… etc.

You can return all closed and unused products within 14 days from purchasing date and get your all money back 100%
Are there any products can’t be returned?
There are many situations in which we can’t return the product:
Underwear, socks, lingerie, swimsuits, makeup, perfumes, computer soft wares and all digital products such as; iTunes cards, Google play cards, play station cards and gift cards.
Beside All other consumed products that we mentioned in consumer protection about returning the sold products.
If I received a damaged/ un working product, how to get back my money?
When you received a damaged/ un working product you can return the product to us in the same condition that you received it and with its original cover and the cover isn’t damaged or removed.
When receiving the product, we will chick it and if we found any defeat or damage we will start immediately in returning back your money process either money you paid for the product or those you paid for shipment.
Are there any cases in which I can’t return any products?

The products I have received is the same as those I ordered, can I return it?
First of all, we apologize for this un intended mistake, in this situation you can return the product in its original state and casing you received it in and we will start immediately in the process of returning all the money you paid.
Can I return clothes and other accessories which I bought?
You can return any of clothes and any other accessories you bought within 14 days from the date you received these products. There are some conditions to return these products; the products have to be in its original state that you received it and inside its box, the products have to be excluded from un returned product list.
I have changed my mind and I didn’t want the products I bought, can I return it? How?
Of course you can return these unwanted products because we understand the buyer rights to get exactly what he wants from products, beside his right to change his mind about buying any product.
